Do you want to help shape the future architecture of MTV & TV4 Sweden and enable business growth through technology? We are now seeking a Solution Architect who will take responsibility for developing MTV’s & TV4’s common target architecture and act as a steward of architecture across the organization.
What are we looking for and what is the role?
As a Solution Architect, you will play a central role in aligning MTV’s & TV4’s technical direction with business goals. You will define architectural principles, patterns, and building blocks, ensuring that teams can work quickly and safely. In this role, you will have a broad impact on technology solutions and collaborate closely with both business and technical teams.
The future Solution Architect will recognize themselves in the following:
Broad technical expertise: You understand modern architectures (cloud, microservices, APIs, data, security) and know how to apply them in practice.
Experience in architectural development: You have participated in building target or reference architectures in agile organizations.
Strong communication and facilitation skills: You can make architecture transparent and understandable for both business and technical audiences.
Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset: You value simplicity and impact over theoretical perfection.
Ability to enable and coach: You support teams and help them succeed, rather than acting as a gatekeeper.
Curiosity and willingness to learn: You keep up with technological trends and bring new ideas to architectural work.
Willingness to travel regularly to Sweden.
